Added changes to the FDSNFactory regarding the FDSNNoDataException. I also created a private function to contain the logic that removes sensitivity/response info for traces. The channel rotations were implemented after the changes to trace.stats.response were made. I added all available stations that transmit geomagnetic data for networks, IU, N4, and US to the VariometerMetadata.py module.

Looks good. Nice catch on (or at least explanation for) the reason the validator wasn't working for FilterApiQuery class. I assume this means that, as long as we don't remove a parameter, the validator for a parent class will normally work on its child/sub class. Approved!
