Fix small bugs in MiniSeedInputClient.py

Also, fixed controller's get_output_factory to initialize the MiniSeedFactory class when --ouput is miniseed

@erigler : fyi, the runners are attached to the ghsc group and not your fork area. I created a new group ghsc/users/erigler where you can fork the project so pipelines will run against any future merge requests.
