Data files loaded to static server and references updated in source code. Tested data load locally and it works as expected.

Old data files not yet deleted because they are required until staging/production servers are both running the latest code (otherwise subsequent data loads on them would break). Original issue #458 (closed) contains a list of all the files to be removed from the static content server.
