fix typo in query format for WADL

I double checked that the FDSNQuery does not have this same typo. The chance was very low as we would have noticed this a long time ago if it were in anything other than our documentation.

I also checked that the QuakeML does not output the typo in its query parameters. The Quakeml output repeats the URI used to make the request, so it does not have this typo.
