Deagg Report

The deagg report was showing the HTML code in the deagg report download view popup. At some point the plain text source info function was removed so the HTML code was then showing in the deagg report download view. The old function that produced the plain text has been re-added.

Hitting the "Download Deaggregation Report" button now downloads a text file of the report but will fallback to the download view if there is issues.
