Add indication that data is loading on custom search results
In the upper-right-hand corner there is static text that says, "Earthquakes Loading ...", however that is the only indication in the application that data is loading. During this time the user might be viewing a blank map, and by all accounts it feels like the data failed to load.
We could however show an "indeterminate progress bar", available via Angular Material Components. https://material.angular.io/components/progress-bar/overview#indeterminate
This is an easy solution that could be applied to the header so that it would be visible from all ui panels (list/map/settings). It is better than a spinner, which we would have to overlay and might block user interaction (or at least be a visual nuisance).
A simpler solution would be to just add the progress bar above or below the "earthquakes loading" text and call it a better visual indication of loading data.
