feat(settings): add `ListSortComponent`

Olivier Combe requested to merge ghsc/contractors/olivier.combe_briebug.com/earthquake-latest-earthquakes:feat/list-sort-order-component into master

I decided to integrate the option "only list earthquakes shown on map" into the ListOrderComponent instead of creation 2 components, since they both use the same base model (it made more sense for me to have both into the same component)
