Added new noise reduction feature to LSTrajectory, updated notebooks

Added the "zeroacc" feature to LSTrajectory to help tamp down noise, allows the user to define a time after which accelerations are set to zero (i.e., when the FTF is too low in amplitude to be distinguishable from zero) Updated Lamplugh notebook to deal with the continued gliding over the glacier, added more narrative to that notebook.
