Updates to lsforce and lstrajectory

Collins, Elaine Angelina requested to merge ghsc/users/ecollins/lsforce:trajectory into main

Updated lsforce save_run to include an "ultralight" version to save memory. Updated lstrajectory to allow users to begin integration at a different start time than the lsforce object.
