Peer Review of the CatalogSeparation (CatSep) software package, version 1.0.0

This document describes the peer-review and reconciliation process for version 1.0.0 of the CatSep software package. The repository containing the referenced review items is located at: https://code.usgs.gov/ghsc/neic/utilities/neic-catalog-segregation

Summary

The administrative security reviews and code reviews were conducted for each merge request to the upstream repository.

The domain review and final administrative review were conducted in GitLab issue threads and are tagged with the “Domain Review” (issue #7 (closed)) and “Admin Review” labels (issue #9 (closed)).

Review comments and reconciliation

All review comments and reconciliation discussions are archived as comments in the respective GitLab issues and merge requests. Please note that the domain review was provided by Dr. Shelly as a PDF file. This file is attached in the Domain Review issue (#9 (closed)). I then pasted the comments from that review into the issue and addressed each of those.
