MFD Plotter: Logic Tree Plot Update

Generally improve the MFD plotter.

The MFD Plotter works great and accurately reflects the underlying source model data. It is an adequate state to be part of the first official version of nshmp-apps. This is now an umbrella issue for all possible improvements to be considered in a furure sprint/milestone.

• Improved grouping (requires filter controls in app and service support)
  • nshmp-lib Models.trees needs to return a specific opject , not Object, that can then be manipulated in nshmp-haz to apply filters to enable branch merging.
• How to improve or provide more tree-like graphic representation of logic tree.
• Add ability to show incremental or cumulative MFDs (this is ok being done on the application side but may be mimicked in web-service

We're going to leave grouping alone for now. This could be done at the service or the application level. Doing it at the application level limits accessing collapsed data by 3rd party applications. This issue needs an articulation of how to do the collapsing. Much of the work will be pattern matching specific strings. It would be preferable to not do this work in nshmp-lib because there are model specific strings (e.g. deformation models) that would be used.

• Deformation sets: ["GEO", "BIRD", "ZENG"], ["GEO", "ELLIOTT"]
• MFD sets: ["partial-rupture", "full-rupture"]
  • These sometimes map to: ["GR", "SINGLE"]
• MFD M-uncertainty: ["-uₑ", "~uₑ", "+uₑ"]

Perhaps these model-specific strings should be obtainable from model-info.json.
We'll discuss this as a group before proceeding.
