AWS check job app errors and performance issues

AWS Check Job app:

• "job failed" popup doesn't go away (e.g. see production job aadebc4069cb0a) and seems to time out this and any other AWS app tabs open (Chrome eventually asks if you want to exit the page or wait)
• when a job fails, the page rarely shows the end of the job log with enough context to see what caused the error. The email message also may not have enough context if the exception trace is too long. It would be great to have the end of the logs/nshmp-haz-job.log file shown in the check job app so you don't need to download partial results and access the file manually
