Model identifiers and pointers (Docker)

Check docker scripts in nshmp-haz/scripts/ (and corresponding documentation) for:

• Correct or updated model identifiers (e.g. HAWAII_2021 instead of HI_2020)
• Correct pointers to model repository tags
