Examples 5-7 not working

Hazard code not working with "nshm-conus" model as of May 6, 2022.

Tried examples 5-7 and did not yield output, probably need to use specific version of "nshm-conus" model.

For example, error message from running Example 5:

 SEVERE @ ModelLoader.load()Error loading model: C:\Users\nkwong\Documents\NSHMP\NSHM2023\nshm-conus

java.nio.file.InvalidPathException: Illegal char <:> at index 34: Wasatch (Salt Lake City, cluster) : R1-1300-yr
