  • Added the CB14 basin term model to BcHydro12, Zhao06, and A&M06.
  • Updated Zhao06 coefficients to match publication; slight reduction of precision.
  • Implemented smoothly varying JP/NZ site class to vs30 conversion; this only is applied in the new 'basin' flavors of Zhao06.
  • Resolves #256 (closed)
