update examples, fix site file extension check

Fixed examples:

  • replace github with gitlab URLs (and references to local docs directory)
  • site string is no longer supported, must use site file
  • use nshm-conus model instead of nshm-cous-2008
  • increase memory in nshmp-haz aliases
  • other edits

HazardCalc was insisting that sites files had csv or json extension and did not allow geojson
