  • Fixed rate and probability calculations with nshmp-lib update
  • Consolidated source, tree , rate, and probability services in source package
  • Removed query endpoints for rate and probability services
  • Updated rate and probability class structure to mimic hazard and other services
  • Removed SwaggerController.Bounds class in favor of using lib
