This branch began with work on the NSHMP rupture floating implementation. In order to tighten up the Location to Gridded Surface hierarchy, which is needed, extensive refactoring and test writing for geo/Location* classes was undertaken. Because the NSHMP floaters were actually implemented some time ago, we are now going to merge this branch and push further work on Locations and Grids to #85 (moved).

Although RuptureFloating still needs tests, it doesn't make sense to do so until a streamlined gridded surface hierarchy can be swapped in. There are no worthwhile tests fro the current hierarchy to be imported from OpenSHA and the method sprawl is unmanageable.

This closes #2 (closed).
