Add support for interface gridded seismicity model

Need interface grid sources (low magnitude) to be handled like slab sources with depth values from spatial PDF.

added 2023 ERF labels

Currently interface gridded sources are nested in the slab tectonic setting directory.

Closing this as the current solution works well enough.
