SUPERSEDED - manually rebased on another branch after GroundMotion epistemic uncertainty changes, see !217 (merged)

  • apply AG20 2021/7/12 Errata and sync with N.A.s latest fortran code. AG20 slab test results are accurate for GLOBAL and CASCADIA, will validate/update other AG20 slab results in subsequent commit with refactoring.
