Implementation has a good match to Figure 4.4 in the thesis - PGA, M4.0, Rrup vs. %g for crustal events.

Blue line is digitized data from the figure, red dots are interpolated values at standardized distances, and the black "+"s are nshmp-lib values (converted to %g) for GOMEZ22_CRUSAL
