fix broken MA05 interpolation

• fixed MA_05 so that the interpolated base gmm is used as needed
• corrected IMT ranges for BA08 site term interpolation
• consolidated MA_05 and Gomez22 tests

Corrected spectra (still a bit bumpy... interpolation in periods instead of frequency?):
