Update site-data metadata

Add references to geojson properties for basin and margin site data. Most z* datasets have little identifying information. For example for the Wasatch:

added 2023 ERF labels

Here is the metadata for the Z1.0 and Z2.5 data files I contributed. Note that the DOIs for the Great Valley and Portland are not yet active (data releases are in review).

Going to leave central-valley as is for now, but Brad's data release is for the "Great Valley". We'll go with whatever is decided for the overview paper.
