Finished changing out spatial packages

Trcka, Allison Reese requested to merge atrcka/inldata:develop into develop
  • Had a lot of weird errors but fixed them
  • Changed out spatial packages
  • Updated Description file
  • Updated .R files
  • Can't show text on some examples - so commited those parts out
  • esrp example would plot sometimes but not others, so I had it do a different plot
  • sf::plot_sf doesn't plot anything so I couldn't use it
  • make datasets and make works but the pipeline didn't
  • might want to go through and make sure everything is all good
  • qwdata output is all updated!
