Add helper test file

Lindsay R Carr requested to merge lindsaycarr:helper-test-file into master

Created a separate helper-originaldata.R file that is run before the tests to eliminate some of the repeated setup code in tests_modelEstimation.R and tests_estCrossVal.R. Was suggested by @aappling-usgs in #109 review.
