I've added a workflow and supporting scripts based on the run_rainmaker wrapper Sam wrote for Edge of Field. The intent is for an R-novice to be able to fill-in-the-blanks and run Rainmaker. It does not use 'higher-level' rainmaker functions like RMevents_sample or plots, etc.

I'd like it if someone can run through this and see if it's ready for a novice to use. @limnoliver @ldecicco-USGS
