Made HydroOpt flexible to optical data that does not use grnumbers for sample names

...n that it can opperate on fluorescence df's that do not use grnumbers for sample names. Applied the same changes to all other functions in HydroOpt that require samples to follow the grnumber sample naming protocol. HydroOpt is now able to hand optical df's that use sample names other than grnumbers.
