Getting rid of vignette warning.

If you run:

devtools::build_vignettes()

before building/checking, the build vignette function will take the Rnw file from the vignettes folder, and add all the proper files to the inst/doc folder. The vignettes are especially useful in this package, so I'd like to get this right for the GRAN release.
