Resolve "TChigini review - Add documentation to the README"

Quick MR to address the suggestions on documentation in the hyswap-gda README by @cheginit. The additional text specifies what WW is and how it related to this repository. Notes on the discrepancy issue between WW and hyswap-gda + hyswap should go into a different space (through a different MR). THis was raised in #16.
