Conversion from cubic feet per second to runoff (mm/) for both single values, as well as data frames containing columns of values. Supports multiple temporal frequencies including "annual", "monthly", and "daily" frequencies to produce runoff values with units of mm/yr, mm/month, and mm/day respectively.
