Added disclaimer text arguments for streamflow duration hydrograph and cumulative hydrograph plots. If disclaimer = TRUE, the plot will display the disclaimer from beneath duration hydrograph and cumulative hydrograph in watches: "For some streams, flow statistics may have been computed from mixed regulated and unregulated flows; this can affect depictions of flow conditions."
