Added legacy=FALSE as default argument for: readWQPdata readWQPqw legacy = TRUE for those functions that call profiles only available in legacy.

Changed url to not use the semicolons (a requirement for beta service).

Adjusted the rules for what columns to try to convert to numeric, and cleaned up dateTime object creation.
