Improving error handling.

Curious - should this be a warning instead of a message?

Just wondering what the intent is. Easy to catch warnings, but messages look like warnings but fall through the tryCatch

That's a pretty special case where there is metadata returned, but no timeseries. If you ask for a valid site, during an inactive time period.

That being said, I don't see the changes I thought I just pulled. Hmmm...what's going on....

Well, I thought I had done a similar thing that is shown in importWQP. I guess I must have either not (possible) or not committed (also possible).

Doesn't seem like that rare of a case to me. Just wondering how you wanted to handle it w/ message vs warning.

GIthub is super wonky at the moment. Not sure why. I'm getting a pink unicorn error page on some commits of certain packages.
