Deploy on Postit

We want to deploy the shiny app on postit connect. See internal documentation here.

Well, the application is still undergoing development, it should only be internally available on Posit to Seth, Kaycee and Harper.

After the application is deployed, we should check all functionality and make issues for anything that breaks. See also #55 (closed) which seems to have server-related issues.
