Incorporate sidebar UI changes

Sidebar UI and function reworked to capture data upload needs.

Merge commit ready to move forward once confirmed pf_data and psf_path inputs properly pass to server functions for existing input types @sbryson_limno.com - currently, new input types may not be functional.
