Fixes #134 - add CI/CD pipeline

  • Added CI/CD pipeline that:
    • builds package
    • tests unit tests
    • checks coverage of unit test
  • Had to fix a text file name in wymt_ffa_2022A.psf since the CI/CD pipeline runs on a Linux Docker image which in case sensitive.
