RHandsonTable Reintegration

Sophia Crouch requested to merge inputs_RHandsonTables into shinyapp

Configuration of 3 RHandsOnTables:

  1. Station specifications (tab 1)
  2. Perceptible ranges (tab 2)
  3. Data flow intervals [some further work pending] (tab 2)

Develop default values from input data and integrate information from specifications file, where provided.

Further work on RHandsOnTables will include domain controls and user feedback, as well as development of data/flow intervals table.

Ready to merge after @srucker_limno.com provides a second set of eyes and gives the go-ahead!
