Fixes #157 - improve screen space

Wavra, Harper Nicole requested to merge HW-157 into main
  • Removed the instruction header at the top of the page
  • Numbered the tabs
  • Removed 'FFA Plots' text on the 3rd tab
  • Changed label for the dropdown on the 3rd tab to "View Frequency Plot:"
  • Made "View Frequency Plot:" label appear inline with dropdown on 3rd tab
  • Made "Station:" label appear inline with dropdown on 2nd tab

If you have any other ideas for improving screen space let me know & I can incorporate.
