Integrate updates to SiteQT and PeakPlot handling into ShinyApp main branch

Reactive generation of siteQT has been added, along with a reactive pkPlot based on this dataframe. This funcitonality (accessible through qt_df(), filtered to the appropriate station) will serve as an input to emafit() and ffaplot() functions.

Also contains initial revisions to UI to remove sidebar pannel. Further modification of data input display forthcoming!
