add customization of plots vignette

adds a vignette that shows how a HASP plot can be customized, primarily using ggplot2::theme

edit: it seems like getting the runners/pipeline to work on individual forks is not so easy. would it make sense to switch development workflow to 1) branches of the water/stats/HASP repository itself; or 2) merge into a "dev" branch (or similar) instead so the pipeline will run in water/stats/HASP [dev] before merging into "main"?
