bugfixes to SaveMap method in Rshiny and crs in binary shapefiles

  1. class of ggplot objects changed to gtable requiring a different conditional and render function
  2. mapSiteAttributes in SavePlot mode required update to conform to same method as interactive mode.
  3. update Geolines, lineShape, and polyShape with st_crs
