New arguments including ear_min

Loken, Luke Clifton requested to merge lloken/toxmixtures:master into master

Included a new argument ear_min that is used to filter all data at the start of each mixture function. Also included two site_threshold arguments based on any mixture or specific mixture. Examples, tests have been checked.
