Took out: tox_framework plot_tox_endpoint1 scale_x/y_log10nice

plot_tox_endpoint1 is going in toxEval eventually (either updating the original or adding it in as-is). None of these functions were really used in the final package.

@lloken if you want any of those back in the package, just leave me a message here, it might be easiest to just "Discard" my changes before merging this PR.
