Loken, Luke Clifton requested to merge lloken/toxmixtures:master into master

Updated a vignette for the gene summary workflow. Likely some of the material from the main readme file can go away as we decide which info to include on separate vignette/pages. Hopefully this helps the initial users through my code madness.
