Just some minor edits in readme and the run_single_site.R

  • Do we want to make the naming more generalized? instead of nhm and nwm, do like model 1 or model 2? Not essential for this.
  • Do we need Roxygen formatting on plotting_scripts? additional_helper_scripts? 
  • hardcoding dates in calculate_site_booleans.R - should be add these to the function calls?
