Some styling clean-up and fixed legend markers so that if the end of the marker is beyond the width of the page it will start a new row.

Fixed a couple of styling issues and also fixed the templates so that the bundle.js is only brought in to the monitoring location page and not everything by default.

Added more selectors to handle passing style and label information to the legend and tooltip modules. The complete test suite is now passing.
