Added new selectors to retrieve the monitoring location name and the agency code and added an option to the attachToNode function for hydrographs to selectively add the site name and number to the graph.

Made additional refinements to the rendering code, reorganizing it so that the calls to fetch the data occur before the rendering functions so that fetching data occurs as soon as possible. This might also speed up rendering slightly.

Proof of concept. I would like to clean up and or make more clear what occurs when it is a graph only.

Cleaned up the naming for the custom date range range code and eliminated code that was not needed for the feature to work properly.
