Using the nat_aqfr_query_by_state query to get the national aquifer codes/names. The only difference is that the latter file is sorted by fips code instead of being sorted by code. At the moment, they "by_state" query is returning the correct list where the previous query is still returning incomplete data. File has been regenerated.

Draw median points on top of tooltip. This is not ideal in that if your cursor bases over the circle or the median text you lose your hover focus. I'm going to go ahead and push it out there and see what others think.
