Description WDFN-824 Graph Not Showing for Some Locations

This was mainly a data issue and therefore cannot be completely solved here. Please see the write up in https://internal.cida.usgs.gov/jira/browse/WDFN-824 for complete details.

The changes here allow the page https://waterdata.usgs.gov/monitoring-location/04219796/ to open (not hang as it currently does). When the data problems are corrected the page will work as expected.

  • Assign someone to review unless the change is trivial
  • Check the accessibility CI step and fix or explain any issues.
