Description WDFN-844 Switch Statistics Values for Groundwater

The error here is rooted in the data received from the Statistics Service. So, rather than attempt to compensate for the error in the front-end code we opted to remove the statistics table for parameters which normally require the y-axis to be inverted (basically all groundwater related parameters).
